Dr. Hira Fotedar is Chairman of WINOC and
former Vice President for Quality and Operational Excellence at the Eaton
Corporation where he led the creation, implementation and assessment of the
Eaton Business System. He is a Fellow and Certified Quality Engineer of the
American Society for Quality. He holds B.S., M. S. and Ph. D. degrees in
metallurgical engineering. He is a nationally recognized and award winning
expert in the fields of Materials Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six
Sigma, New Product Development & Launch and Total Quality & Productivity
Management. Among his many credentials, he is a former Senior Baldrige Examiner
and a co-founder and past Chair of the Ohio Award For Excellence.

Brian Furlong is a principal and partner at Lean
Enterprise Inc., a Canton, Ohio-based Business Process Improvement
consulting and e-Learning firm. A
former Senior Operations Executive for several major corporations, Brian
specializes in helping executives to create excellent processes that result in
substantial profitability improvements. Brian Furlong is the co-author of “The
Elusive Lean Enterprise” and has developed several e-learning solutions
including “The Lean Executive”, “Lean Mastery”, “The Lean Office”,
“Outsourcing”, and a multi-module Process Excellence library.
He has presented at many conferences, professional associations and
corporate events. Brian has a B.A in International Business and Finance and is
currently and adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Akron, the
University of Cincinnati and Youngstown State University.

and is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning expert and author in areas of
quality systems, quality control and product liability.

Mr. Robert P. Meyer is
Vice Chairman of WINOC and Director of the Northeast Ohio Center for Labor
Management Cooperation. He
has a B. S. in Physics from Xavier University and an MBA degree from the
University of Akron. He is an expert in areas of quality and productivity
improvement through employee involvement. He is active on local and national
committees that foster employee involvement in workplace change. He is a former
National Baldrige Examiner, a certified quality engineer and has served on the
Board of the Ohio Award for Excellence.

Don Plante is President & COO of WINOC.
He has a BSEE from the University of Maine and a MS & Ph.D. in System
Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. Don is a senior executive
whose diverse experience includes total quality management, application of the
Baldrige Criteria, strategic planning, high-tech engineering management, general
management with P&L responsibility, program management of strategic
initiatives, and information technologies management. He has the demonstrated
skills to apply proven management concepts to create value across any
enterprise... business, healthcare, education and government.
